Billing - Subscription

The Billing - Subscription page can be used to view, change, or cancel your current Descartes ShipRush Web plan or subscription. Do the following:

1. Display the Billing - Subscription page (SETTINGS > ACCOUNT SETTINGS > Billing Subscription).
   
   
   
   The page lists your Current plan, Subscription status, and Next invoice date. It also includes the cancel plan and cancel subscription links.
   

2. To change a Current plan, click change plan. Options may include:

   • ADD LTL RATING

   • ADD LTL SHIPPING-5

   • ADD LTL SHIPPING-10

3. Hover over each plan icon to display the plan's details.

4. Click a plan to select it, and then click Done.

Note: Shippers in the U.S. and other countries can use local credit cards to pay subscription fees for Descartes ShipRush.
