Multiple Orders with the same destination can be combined into one Shipment.
Warning: Combined Orders cannot be un-combined.
To combine multiple Orders with the same destination into one Shipment:

On the main menu, click Combine (see above). The list of Orders that may be eligible for combination is displayed. The number at right of the Combine menu option indicates the number of Orders that may be combined.
You can also use the Combine function from the Ready to Ship folder.
You cannot use the Combine function from the Shipped folder
Select the Orders to combine (using the checkboxes at left).
On the More menu, click Combine to 1.
Choose the particular options you want selected for the Combine to 1 functionality. See Screenshot below,

What to do with the Combined Orders
Open (will open to the screen when you click Combine)
Mark as Not Shipped (will keep the combined order\shipment in the ready to ship folder if you are not opening\shipping right away)
Apply defaults (will use the defaults set for the carrier set on the primary order)
Mark as Draft (instead of place in Ready to Ship folder)
Preserve packages (Will create an MPS shipment for each order selected, a package for each order)
Set tag (if you want to use tags to indicate that you used the Combine into 1 feature)
What to do with the Selected Orders after combining
Mark as Shipped (will place the original orders selected in the Shipped folder automatically)
Delete (will send the orders to the recycle bin after combining)
Set tag (if you want to use tags to indicate that you used the Combine into 1 feature)
You can go into Settings and set the defaults for the Combine into 1 screen. See screenshot below for where that is in settings
Please note:
The Order items are combined.
The Order details are not combined.
The Weight is totaled for all of the packages in the combined Orders (unless you select Preserve Packages option to create a package for each order selected).
A single label (reflecting a single Shipment) will be posted to each combined Order (unless you select Preserve Packages option to create a package for each order selected).
The Packing List printed for the combined Orders shows the information from the first/primary Order and also includes the Order items from every combined Order.
The same Tracking Number for the Shipment will be posted to every combined Order. After clicking Ship, the combined Orders are updated with that Tracking Number.
