New Features and Enhancements
🟪 Improved DHL BNL Label Readability
ShipRush now produces DHL BNL labels with improved barcode readability, helping labels scan more reliably during carrier processing. This reduces the risk of label rejection and helps prevent handling delays.
DHL BNL also now supports native ZPL label generation as a label format option. For customers using compatible thermal label printers, this can improve print quality and increase scanning reliability.
Resolved Issues
🟩 DHL BNL Barcode Scanning Improvements
We resolved an issue where converting DHL BNL labels from PDF to ZPL could introduce artifacts that affected barcode scanning. Label processing has been improved to produce cleaner barcode output and support more reliable carrier acceptance.
🟩 Improved FedEx Home Delivery Shipment Processing
We resolved an issue that could prevent some FedEx shipments from being completed when the destination address qualified for FedEx Home Delivery. ShipRush now handles this service selection more reliably, reducing shipment failures caused by mismatches between the selected FedEx service and the destination address type. This also helps avoid unnecessary troubleshooting, such as removing and re-adding a FedEx account, when FedEx returns address-based service messages.
🟩 Improved FedEx International Customs Value Handling
We resolved an issue that could prevent some FedEx International shipments from being completed when the destination country required a customs value and the shipment was interpreted as having missing or zero-value customs information. ShipRush now handles customs value details more reliably for international FedEx shipments, helping prevent shipment failures and allowing eligible shipments to proceed when electronic customs documentation is supported.
