Carrier Royal Mail Enhancements

We have included two new enhancements to our Royal Mail integration mostly focused to be able to support you in international shipping.

🟪 Enhancement: A new option is now available for the Royal Mail Carrier Settings, which allows you to choose between adding a CN22 or Commercial Invoice document when shipping internationally. This feature provides flexibility in document selection on your specific shipping requirements, with CN22 set as the default option. Please be careful and review regulations when selecting the customs documents. (1139087)

🟪 Enhancement: You can now ship to the Isle of Man using Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service. The system now correctly recognizes Isle of Man as part of the UK, allowing Tracked 48 service while ensuring the appropriate CN22 documentation is applied for these shipments. Some geographic areas in the United Kingdom require additional documentation. While the Isle of Man is part of the United Kingdom, please be aware of the regulations when shipping to these remote areas since it could come with additional rules on customs documentation. Resolved Issues

See below for the important bugs we resolved.

Carrier SwissPost

🟩 Resolved Issue: We have addressed a pre-validation error that occurred with Swiss Post shipments when house numbers were absent from receiver addresses. The system now accommodates addresses without house numbers, which is common in some Swiss locations and allows for house numbers to be included in the address remark field when necessary. This change ensures smoother processing of Swiss Post shipments with various address formats. (1140338)
