"Combine Orders to One Shipment" Enhancements

We are excited to introduce significant upgrades to the "Combine Orders to One Shipment" feature in ShipRush, designed to give users greater control and efficiency when consolidating multiple orders.

Modernized Pop-Up Interface:
The selection pop-up now features a modern, user-friendly design fully aligned with the latest ShipRush UI standards. This provides a more intuitive experience, making it easier to navigate available options and select your preferred consolidation settings. The interface offers clearer labeling and improved visual cues, reducing the chance of errors when combining shipments.

Default Settings for Combining Shipments:
Users can now set and save their preferred combine shipment settings directly within the application. Navigate to User Settings > Generic Settings to configure your default consolidation preferences. Once set, these defaults will automatically be applied each time you use the combine feature, eliminating repetitive setup and ensuring a smoother workflow.

Workflow Improvements:
These updates are aimed at minimizing manual configuration, speeding up the process of combining orders, and providing a more consistent user experience across your shipping operations. Whether you are a frequent shipper or managing complex order fulfillment, these enhancements will help streamline your daily tasks and reduce the risk of configuration errors.

New Enhancements

FedEx Rates for Multi-Parcel Shipping changes

🟪FedEx has announced that multi-parcel rating is not available for Ground Economy shipments through their API. To ensure clarity and prevent confusion, ShipRush now automatically detects when users attempt to rate shop a multi-parcel shipment using FedEx Ground Economy. When this scenario occurs, the ShipRush interface displays a clear notification within the shipment form, informing you that multi-parcel rating is not supported for this service. This proactive message helps you understand the limitation and select an appropriate shipping method before proceeding. For additional guidance, refer to the included screenshot illustrating how the notification appears in the application.
