Use your logo to create custom branded tracking pages with ShipRush.
Note: Branded tracking pages use the same logo file as branded packing lists and branded emails. The recommended logo size is 500px wide.
Setting Up a Branded Tracking Page
To set up a Branded Tracking Page:
Click SETTINGS on the left sidebar.
Click ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
Click Packing List. If you have already uploaded your logo to the Packing List, please skip Steps 4-6 and proceed to Step 7.
On the Packing list template dropdown, use the default Packing List template, or select a different one.
Click the Upload image icon (see arrow in graphic below).
Drag the file into the space provided; or click Choose File, and then select the file. Your logo is now displayed in the Logo Image field. The image is saved automatically and can now be used for building Tracking Page templates. The recommended logo size is 500px wide or smaller. Acceptable file types are: .jfif, .jpeg, .pjpeg, .jpg, .png, and .pjp.
Click Templates (in left sidebar menu). Scroll to Tracking Page Templates. You can now build your branded Tracking Page using the logo you uploaded.
Click the + (plus sign) to create a new Tracking Page template.
Enter a Name for your new Tracking Page template.
Click Preview in Browser (bottom of window). Check your template, and then click Save.
In the main menu, select the first Carrier in the list (other than Amazon). Submenu items become available. Click Tracking in the submenu.
Select Use ShipRush Tracking Page. On the Template dropdown, select your new Branded Tracking Page.
Repeat Steps 11-12 to apply Branded Tracking pages to each Carrier.
Congratulations! You set up Branded Tracking pages for your Carrier accounts. Now, whenever you ship a package with ShipRush, your customers will encounter your logo with their tracking information.
Advanced Branded Tracking Pages
If your developer or designer is fluent in html code, they may create advanced custom Branded Tracking pages. Your html expert may either copy and paste the source code from an existing tracking page template and modify it, or write new code. To set up an advanced Branded Tracking Page:
Complete Steps 1-9 in the previous section.
Copy and paste your custom HTML code into the text field.
Your developer or designer will need to add @ snippets from the right sidebar menu to ensure that ShipRush information will correctly populate your custom branded tracking page. Live chat with our support team if you need help with this.
Click Preview in Browser to check your design. When you are satisfied, click Save.
Your new template is now available in the “Tracking Page Templates.”
