Order and Shipment Report

Warning: Users who share ShipRush data may be located in different time zones. As a result, the dates for Orders and Shipments may vary between those users. For example, an order placed on Tuesday 10:00 PM Pacific time will appear as a Tuesday order for users in California, but as a Wednesday order for users in New York. If a consistent view of data is needed, then the users who share data should be set to the same time zone.

To generate an Order or Shipment Report based on a range of Ship Dates or Order Dates:

  1. Display the Order & Shipment Reports page (SETTINGS > ACCOUNT SETTINGS > Order & Shipment).


  2. Select Ship Date or Order Date.

  3. Enter a date range for Ship Date or Order Date.

  4. If you selected Order Date, you can select Shipped, Not Shipped, Paid, and/or Not Paid.

  5. As needed, select All Webstores or individual webstores.

  6. As needed, select All Shipping Accounts or individual Shipping Accounts.

  7. Choose to download the report as a PDF, an Excel spreadsheet, or an XML file. If you chose Excel, select Excel Default or Excel - With Line Items in the Excel dropdown.

  8. Click Run Report. This message should be displayed:


  9. After 1-2 minutes, click Reports (in the left menu) to display your Reports list.


  10. Click Download for the Order or Shipment report. Choose to open or save the report. Descartes ShipRush Web maintains the entire Reports list and does not delete reports.
