Setting Up Multi Factor Authentication

Multi Factor Authentication uses Google Authenticator and other authenticator apps that support TOTP/HOTP as specified in RFCs 6238 and 4226.

To set up multi-factor authentication to your cell phone:

1. On your cell phone, go to the app store, and install Google Authenticator.

2. In Descartes ShipRush Web, go to SETTINGS > Users > Change Password.

3. Select the option to enable Google Authenticator.

4. Follow the prompts.

To move multi-factor authentication to a new cell phone:

1. In Descartes ShipRush, go to SETTINGS > Users > Change Password.

2. Select the option to move Google Authenticator to a new phone.

3. Follow the prompts.
