Setting Up Channel Advisor in Descartes ShipRush Web

Click here to display the information needed in order to complete the setup wizard.

To set up Channel Advisor in Descartes ShipRush Web:

  1. Go to SETTINGS > Add Web Store.

  2. On the Select a Web Store dropdown, click Channel Advisor. Click Next.

  3. Go through the setup wizard until complete.


Importing a Carrier and Service from Channel Advisor

In order to import a Shipping Carrier Service from Channel Advisor, you need to enable the Shipping Carrier settings in Channel Advisor.

To enable Shipping Carrier:

  1. In Channel Advisor, go to Sales > Shipping > Shipping Carriers.

  2. Select the carrier/service combinations you want to include with your shipments.

  3. Click Add to move carrier/service combinations to the "Enabled" box to the right.

  4. Once the needed Service options are enable, click Save.
