Setting Up Zoho Inventory in Descartes ShipRush Web

In order to set up Zoho Inventory in Descartes ShipRush Web, you need:Admin login access to your Zoho Inventory account. You also need your Organization ID, which can be found by logging-in to your Zoho Inventory Admin area, and then clicking the ‘user’ silhouette (top right corner of screen). You will see your Organization(s) below, with their Organization ID(s).

To set up Zoho Inventory in Descartes ShipRush Web:

  1. Go to SETTINGS > Add Web Store.

  2. On the Select a Web Store dropdown, click Zoho Inventory. Click Next. The Zoho Inventory Setup Instructions dialog is displayed.

  3. Click ZOHO INVENTORY, HERE WE COME! The Zoho Inventory Web Store Information dialog is displayed.

  4. Enter your Web Store Name and Organization ID. On the dropdown, select your country.

  5. Click CONNECT TO ZOHO INVENTORY.

  6. Continue through the setup wizard until complete.

Yes

Is Zoho Inventory updated with Shipment information?

Yes, with the Carrier/Service used and Tracking Number.
