The use of Descartes ShipRush Web can result in charges from FedEx, UPS, USPS, or another Carrier. If you have questions about an invoice or a statement received from a Carrier, please contact the Carrier directly.

What if I have a Question about a Credit Card Charge?

If the credit card charge is from a Carrier (not Descartes ShipRush Web), please contact the Carrier directly.

A credit card charge from Descartes ShipRush Web is for either the monthly charge or the requested shipping services. To view these charges:

  1. In Descartes ShipRush Web, go to SETTINGS > ACCOUNT SETTINGS > Billing > Billing - Payments. The Billing - Payment Methods - Payment History - Report on all activity page is displayed (see below).

  2. In Payment History, enter the Payments from and to dates, and then click Search Payment History.

How do I Print a Report of All My Charges?

If you use Descartes ShipRush v2 Postage, you can print a report of all charges. In Descartes ShipRush Web, go to SETTINGS > ACCOUNT SETTINGS > Billing > Billing - Payments. In Report on all activity (see above graphic), enter the Transactions from and to dates, and then click Download Transactions.

How Do I Charge the Shipment to the Recipient or Someone Else?

Certain shipping carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, and many LTL carriers, allow you to bill the shipping charges to a third party or the recipient. When you dial up the shipment, see the Payment options on the main screen. They include Prepaid, Freight Collect, Third Party, and Consignee.
