In Descartes ShipRush Web, various services can be enabled for your FedEx account, such as Show Alcohol shipping, Show HazMat shipping, Show Dry Ice shipping, Enable LTL freight services, Enable FedEx Priority Alert, Enable Collect billing, and others. Do the following:
In Descartes ShipRush Web, click SETTINGS.
Under FedEx, under the FedEx Account number, click Advanced.
The FedEx Account Options page is displayed.-
Enable the needed services by selecting the appropriate checkboxes or items in the dropdowns. Please note:
Most available services are contract services. They will work only if your FedEx account is enabled for the relevant service. Contact your FedEx Account Executive or call 1-800-GO-FEDEX to discuss these service options.
The service is available for selection on the main shipping screen only if it is enabled. See the FedEx Service Guide for details on these services.
The selected Currency must match the shipment's origination country.
As needed, enter an Alternative Return Address, COD Remittance Address, Importer Address, and LTL Billing Address.
