A ShipRush or Carrier Tracking page can be enabled for the Carrier or Web Store, allowing the customer to view tracking information and updates. The Tracking page is displayed when the user clicks a tracking link in Descartes ShipRush Web. (The ShipRush Tracking page is sometimes referred to as a custom tracking webpage.)
The format of the ShipRush Tracking page is defined in a template. Multiple ShipRush Tracking templates can be created within Descartes ShipRush Web.

The format of the Carrier tracking page is defined by the Carrier.
To enable a Tracking Page for a Carrier or Web Store account:
Click SETTINGS. Select the Carrier or Web Store account, and then click Tracking. For example:
The Tracking page for the selected Carrier or Web Store is displayed.-
Do one of the following:
To enable the Carrier's Tracking Page, select Use Carrier Tracking Page.
To enable a ShipRush Tracking page, select Use ShipRush Tracking Page. On the Template dropdown, select a template.
To display an example of a Tracking web page, click Preview template. For example:
