Dymo Printer Setup

Standard 4x6 Dymo printers are compatible with Descartes ShipRush Web but with limited support and functionality. Upgrading to a Zebra ZP, GX, or GK model supported by Descartes ShipRush Web provides faster printing and reduces maintenance cost.

Dymo Printer Installation

Windows Settings

  1. Install the driver software.

  2. Power on the printer.

  3. In Windows Control Panel, select Devices and Printers.

  4. Right click the Dymo printer, and then select Printing Preferences > Advanced.

  5. Change paper size to part # 1744907 (4x6 Shipping Label).

  6. Print a Test Page from Windows to confirm the printer is set for printing 4x6 label stock.

Printer Settings

  1. In Printer Settings, set Print Method to ShipRush Cloud Print.

  2. Install and sign-in to the ShipRush Desktop Toolbox, if necessary.

  3. Refresh the Printer Settings page.

  4. Select Dymo printer in Printer Name.

  5. Set Printer type to "Laser/Inkjet".

  6. Select 4x6 standard label.

  7. Print a Test label.

  8. Adjust margins, as needed.
