Setting Up Thermal Printer in Windows

To set up a thermal printer in Windows for Descartes ShipRush Web:

1. Confirm that your thermal printer is supported.

2. Physically connect the printer to your PC using a USB cable.

3. Install the print driver (see details below).

4. Confirm you can print a test label from the printer in the Windows Printers folder.

5. Install the ShipRush Web Toolbox.

6. Configure Descartes ShipRush Web to use the printer. Go to SETTINGS, and then select one of the Printer options. Select the thermal printer in the Printer Type dropdown.
