LTL shipments are often only trackable via the PRO number, but this number is typically not available until hours or days after the Shipment is picked up. You can tell Descartes ShipRush Web to look for the PRO number and, once known, send the notification email automatically. See also Email Notification Options for Carrier Account.
Note: As of this writing, WWEX LTL can use this PRO number option.
Do the following:
Click SETTINGS.
Select the Carrier WWEX LTL, or another LTL Carrier that uses PRO numbers.

Under PRO Number Email:
Select ShipRush Sends Email when PRO Number available.
Enter the From Email address and From Name.
To specify a second recipient for the notification, enter the email address in Addl To Email.
Enter the Subject for the email notification (for example, "Pro # for shipment").
Select a Template for the email notification.
Click Back (top right of screen) to save your entries.
