Prepaid Shipping Label: You pay the postage and receive the label. Use the label within 10 business days.

UPS and FedEx Returns
UPS and FedEx shipping offer the following return services:
Call Tag: This service sends a courier to the 'pickup from' address with a return label in hand. The driver picks up the package and applies the label. The parcel is then on its way to the Deliver To address, which is your address by default. You can change the address on the Descartes ShipRush shipping form.
E-mail Label aka Electronic Return Label: The shipping Carrier emails the return label to the email address shown in the Pickup From area. The email recipient prints out the label, puts it on the package, and tenders the package to the Carrier for transport back to you. The shipper (you) never sees the shipping label. The shipping Carrier emails the label to the email address shown on the shipping screen.
Print Return Label (aka FedEx Return Manager): A return label is printed on your printer. This label can be included with the outbound shipment, allowing the recipient to easily make a return back to you, if needed. You can also email it out later.
Ship Date, where prompted: The Ship Date should be today or a future date, but does not need to be accurate. The label can be used for days or weeks into the future. Consult with the shipping Carrier for details.
