Order Details can be edited from within Descartes ShipRush Web.

Warning: Certain types of changes made to Order Details, such as changing the Order Number, may prevent the information from posting back to the Web Store.

To edit Order Details:

1. Display a Shipments list page.
   
   
   

2. Double-click a line item to display the Editing Shipment page. Scroll to the Order Details section.
   
   
   

3. An example of an Order Details section is shown below. Enter or edit Notes, if needed.
   
   
   

4. Click Edit. Editable fields are displayed. For example:

5. As needed, edit or enter the:

   • Order Number, Order Date, and Alt #.

   • Ship To information

   • Details information

6. In the Items section, do any of the following:

   • Edit the Order Items, as needed.

   • To add an Order Item, click Add Order Item. Enter the information for the new Order Item.

   • To delete an Order Item, click the item's Delete button.

   • As needed, edit the values located below the Order Items, such as Tax or Discount. Certain values are calculated automatically.

7. Click Back to save your changes and return to the Editing Shipment page. The Order Details area reflects your changes.

Editable Order Fields

The editable Order fields include (refer to the above graphic):

• Order Number

• Order Date

• Alt #

• Ship To address information

• Ship Via

• Payment method - options include:

  • Credit Card

  • PayPal

  • Check

  • Money Order

  • Other

  • Klarna

  • Amazon Payments

• Payment Terms - enter the Terms manually

• Paid checkbox - if checked, buyer paid for the Order

• Shipped checkbox - if checked, Order is shipped

• Notes

• Items list - each line item includes:

  • SKU

  • Name

  • Wt (weight)

  • Price

  • Quantity

  • Total - calculated automatically: Price x Quantity

• These fields apply to the entirety of the Order Items:

  • Items Total - The total of all line items (calculated automatically)

  • Tax - Entered manually, or imported by the Web Store, if supported

  • Shipping Charges - Entered manually, or imported by the Web Store, if supported

  • Discount - Entered manually, or imported by the Web Store, if supported

  • Total - The sum of Items Total, Tax, and Shipping Charges minus the Discount (calculated automatically)
