Using and Updating Payment Methods
For ebay.shiprush users, payment is always via PayPal. To bill to a credit card:
Set up a dedicated PayPal account with that card linked.
Use this PayPal account in Descartes ShipRush.
PayPal will automatically deduct charges from your PayPal balance before turning to a credit card. If you desire all postage charges to go directly to a credit card, please take these steps:
Create a new, clean, PayPal account that has zero balance and the credit card linked. (If PayPal will not allow you to link the credit card, ask the credit card company for a new "child" credit card to dedicate to this purpose.)
Link your Pitney Bowes account to this new PayPal account.
To change the PayPal account used on your account, contact Pitney Bowes Customer Service at (855) 393-8874
Accounts billed directly to credit card are changed in Payment Information:
Tracking the Statuses of Voids
Voids take between ten and twenty-five days to post to your account. Contacting customer service does not help because they can do nothing until that time has passed.
Tip: Voids can be tracked in the Pitney Bowes Merchant Portal.
To view the void tracking:
Select Your Transactions to display the Your Transactions area. Here you can set the Transaction Type to Refund Request and see all the requests and status.
The information on this page may be up to one day behind.
