Adding Web Stores

To add a Web Store:

  1. Click SETTINGS, and then click Add Web Store (top of page). The Web Store Configuration dialog is displayed.


  2. Do one of the following:

    • Select a Web Store by clicking its icon: amazon, BIGCOMMERCE, channeladvisor, eBay, Magento, ORACLE NETSUITE, PayPal, or shopify. Other options may also be available.

    • On the Select a Web Store drop-down, click a Web Store name.

  3. Click Next.

  4. The Web Store wizard takes you through multiple dialogs in which you enter information and/or select from various options.

    • Certain Web Stores require that you enter information provided by the Web Store, such as an account number, an Access Token, a Client ID, a Profile ID, an FTP username/password/URL, or other information. An access token allows Descartes ShipRush to access the respective website.

    • You may be required to read and accept the Web Store's End-User Agreement.

    • Certain Web Store setup wizards require you to select printing parameters.

  5. Complete the Web Store setup wizard.


Note: Generally, your Web Store Orders should be listed within two-five minutes after setting up the Web Store in Descartes ShipRush Web. However, if thousands of orders are being imported, it may take 10-30 minutes for Orders to be listed.
