Descartes ShipRush Web includes various email notification features, as explained in the following sections.
Shipment, Delivery and Exception Notifications
When a label is printed, Descartes ShipRush Web can send an email to the recipient (and send a copy to you). Shipment notification emails can be sent by the shipping Carrier or Descartes ShipRush Web. Many Carriers also support Delivery and Exception notifications. See Email Notification Options for Carrier Account for details. When the notification is sent by Descartes ShipRush Web, you can control the format of the email. Tendered Notifications
Certain shipping carriers, such as FedEx, also support Tendered email notifications. See Email Notification Options for Carrier Account for details.
