Please note the following about FedEx Mail View:

• Mail View is a contract service. Contact your FedEx representative to establish service.
• Special credentials are needed to use Mail View. Contact your FedEx representative.
• FedEx Mail View is a separate service from FIMS (FedEx International MailService®). This page is specific to FedEx Mail View.
• Supported Mail View Services:
  • Mail View under 4.4 Pounds
  • Mail View over 4.4 Pounds
  • Mail View Lite (Premium with Milestone Tracking)
• Service Notes:
  • Rates are not returned. Your Mail View rates are set by contract. Shipping systems print Mail View labels but do not return rates. (Rate Shopping and other rate-related features are not available for Mail View.)
  • Mail View and Mail View Lite are trackable (per FedEx).
