Note: The Ship From address will also act as the shipping label's return address.
Identifying the Specified Ship From Address for Carrier Account
To identify the specified Ship From address for a Carrier account:
Click SETTINGS.
On the left menu, click the Carrier account name, and then click the Account name/ID. The Settings page is displayed for the selected Carrier account. For example:
Scroll to the Ship From addresses area. For example:
The example address (highlighted in the above graphic) is the default Ship From address (i.e., the address of the Web Store) when using the selected Carrier, as indicated by default to the right of the address.
You can store multiple Ship From addresses and select one of them as the default address. See the next section for details.
Managing Ship From Addresses
This section contains instructions on adding, editing, and deleting Ship From addresses, as well as specifying the default Ship From Address.

To add another Ship From address:
Click Add Ship From Address (highlighted at top of graphic, below).
Enter the address and related information. The postal zip code for your local post office (from where you ship) is used for postal shipments, if the ZIP entered is for a different geographical area.
Click save. All stored Ship From addresses are displayed. For example:
Click the address' set as default button (highlighted in the graphic above).
To edit or delete a Ship From address, click the address' edit or delete button.
Selecting a Ship From Address for a Shipment
In the Editing Shipment form, all Ship From addresses stored for the Carrier are available for selection. In the example below, on the From dropdown, the two Ship From addresses stored for FedEx are highlighted.
