Shipments Folders in the Main Menu
Each option on the SHIPMENTS menu takes you to a different Shipments/Orders list or folder. The total number of items in each folder is indicated at far right.
The SHIPMENTS menu includes these options:
All: Displays all Shipments/Orders
Ready to Ship: Displays the list of paid Orders that are pending shipment. This folder is where you spend the most time.
Shipped: Displays your shipping history where you can search for Shipments, void labels, and reprint labels.
Waiting on Payment: Typically, this folder only applies to eBay auctions. This folder is for sold items awaiting the buyer's payment before they can be shipped.
Warning: Shipping from the Waiting for Payment folder is not recommended. Someone could mistakenly ship before receiving payment from the buyer.
Cancelled Orders: When Descartes ShipRush Web detects a cancelled Order, the Order is moved to Cancelled Orders. A delay of at least five-to-twenty minutes can occur between the time the Order is cancelled in the e-commerce system to the time the Order is moved to Cancelled Orders.
Tip: Cancelled orders cannot be shipped in Descartes ShipRush Web. If a Cancelled Order needs to be shipped, select the Order in the list. On the More menu, click Mark as not cancelled.
Amazon Prime: If you have an Amazon connection, this folder may be present. These Orders typically require immediate action. See the Amazon Merchant Fulfillment for information.
eBay Guaranteed Delivery: If you have an eBay connection, this folder may be present. eBay Guaranteed Delivery Orders typically require immediate action. See eBay Reference for more information.
Combine: Multiple Orders combined into one Shipment are listed in the Combine folder. See Combining Orders into One Shipment.
Draft Shipments: Both new Orders and new Shipments that are not yet shipped are listed in the Draft Shipments folder for up to seven days. Cloned Orders are also listed in the Draft Shipments folder. The Cloned Order is moved to the Shipped folder when it is shipped.
Recycle Bin: Deleted Orders/Shipments are saved in the Recycle Bin for up to seven days.
Tag: If any Shipments are tagged, you can display them by clicking the Tag name in the SHIPMENTS menu (for example, Tag ExpressShip or Tag Warehouse1). See the examples in the above graphic.
