Refund Report

The Refund report is a special, temporary report for users who receive an email stating that an adjustment has been applied to their account.


To generate a Refund Report based on a date range:

  1. Display the Refund Report page (SETTINGS > ACCOUNT SETTINGS > Refund Report).


  2. Click Run Report. This message should be displayed:


  3. After 1-2 minutes, click Reports (in the left menu) to display your Reports list.


  4. Click Download for the Refund Report. Choose to open or save the report. Descartes ShipRush Web maintains the entire Reports list and does not delete reports.
