Pressing Refresh in Order Manager retrieves all Amazon store orders released for shipping up to approximately ten minutes ago.
Are past Orders retrieved on a newly set-up Descartes ShipRush Web?
Yes, the most recent two days of Orders are retrieved.
Can Descartes ShipRush Web determine whether "past" Orders have already been shipped?
Yes.
Is Amazon updated with Shipment information?
Yes. The Tracking # and shipping Service are posted to Amazon immediately and appear in Seller Central after a few minutes. However, this may take up to one hour to appear in Amazon, if the Amazon system is busy, such as during holidays.
Is the buyer's phone number retrieved?
No. The Amazon privacy policy prevents Amazon from providing buyer phone numbers to sellers via the data feed. If phone numbers are needed for certain shipments (for example, the selected shipping Service requires a recipient phone number), the solution is to set your own phone number as a default. To set this, go to Settings in Descartes ShipRush Web, and set the default phone number to your own phone number.
What are the Amazon-specific merge codes for Shipment Reference and Packing Lists?
B2B orders from Amazon may include a Purchase Order # (PO#). This number can be merged into the Shipment or Packing List via the following:
%ExternalTransactionId% (as default Shipment Reference in Settings > Shipment Defaults)
Order.ExternalTransactionId (on packing lists)
Note: The Amazon system does not accept future ship dates. A Shipment processed today with a ship date of tomorrow will go into Amazon with a ship date of today. (This restriction is a known Amazon limitation and is being discussed with Amazon.)

How do I resolve the error "Unable to connect to Amazon. Please check your Amazon credentials and try again."
In Settings, choose to edit the Web Store, and then use Reset Credentials to re-authorize to Amazon.
