Features of NetSuite Connection to Descarte ShipRush Web

The NetSuite connection to Descarte ShipRush Web provides these features:

• Order Retrieval:

  • Item fulfillment (with or without the PO number)

  • Invoices

  • Sales Orders

• Post Back Options:

  • Enable/disable posting back shipping charges to NetSuite

• Exclude Statuses from Download:

  • This option allows you to select the Statuses that you do NOT want to download. It is used to decrease the amount of traffic going to your NetSuite account for obtaining Order information. Insert a space between options, if you want to add multiple options, and enter the Status Name in the Database (Column B), as indicated below:

Sales Orders

If the Status of the Sales Order is "Pending Fulfillment", this Status overrides a "shipComplete" flag of True. The result is the Sales Order going into "Ready to Ship". If the Status is any other value, a "shipComplete" value of True results in the Order moving into the Shipped folder.

Invoices

When the Status of the Invoice is "Pending Fulfillment", this Status overrides a "shipComplete" flag of True. The result is the Invoice going into "Ready to Ship". If the Status is any other value, a "shipComplete" value of True results in the Order moving into the Shipped folder.
