How does Descartes ShipRush Web reduce shipping costs?


How do I reprint a label or SCAN form?

  • Labels can be reprinted in the Shipped folder.

  • SCAN forms can be redownloaded from the Feed area.

If the printer type is changed for label printing (e.g., from a Zebra to Laser printer, or visaersa), reprint may not be possible. In this case, void the label and recreate the shipment.

Do I need a WorldShip or Stamps.com/Endicia Account?

No. Descartes ShipRush Web is a full-featured shipping system. You do not need any other shipping software. However, you need your own shipping account for UPS or FedEx shipping. For U.S. Postal Service shipping, you create your account within Descartes ShipRush Web.


Does Descartes ShipRush work with the Apple Mac and/or iPad?

Yes. Descartes ShipRush Web works great on Macs. Use your Zebra printer, scale and other devices when using ShipRush on the Mac. Descartes ShipRush Web works great on iPads, too.


Can I use e-commerce merchant accounts based in any country?

Yes. You can use eBay, Amazon, and other e-commerce merchant accounts based in any country. For shipping, use your UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express shipping accounts. Also, use Amazon Prime shipping from all countries supported by Amazon Prime. Descartes ShipRush Web is multi -currency and metric-enabled.
