Reprinting and Voiding Labels

Reprinting Labels

Labels can only be reprinted one to five days after the Shipment was processed. If more than 24 hours have passed since the label was first printed, the reprint may print nothing. Never use a label twice, as your shipping Carrier could close your shipping account. If a printer setting changed (for example, the printer type setting was changed from laser to zebra), then the label cannot be reprinted because it was created by the other printer type.

If the reprint option is not available, then the order was shipped outside. Keep in mind that labels have specific time constraints and printer requirements for reprinting, so it's important to be aware of these limitations when attempting to reprint shipping labels.


Reprinting Labels from Shipments Page

To reprint one or more labels from a Shipments page:

  1. On the main menu (at left), under SHIPMENTS, click one of the Shipments pages.

  2. Select one or more Shipments by checking the box(es) at far left.

  3. On the More menu, click Reprint.


Reprinting Labels, Packing Lists and INTL Documentation from Activity Feed Page

Reprinting a label from the Activity Feed page will also reprint the Packing List if it is part of the Shipment transaction, as well as any INTL documentation if it was printed at the time of shipment. Do the following:

  1. On the main menu (at left), click Feed. The Activity Feed page is displayed.

  2. Click reprint (at far right) for the transaction.


Voiding/Deleting Labels

Labels can be voided in the Shipped folder.

Note: Due to USPS regulations, the label for a USPS Shipment can only be voided within 30 days of its print date. The postage is considered fully used after that period and is ineligible for a void and refund, regardless of whether the package was shipped.

Note: Voiding/deleting a postage label triggers a refund request. The refund can take up to 30 days to process and will be credited automatically to your postage balance.

Warning: Due to USPS regulations, USPS First Class Letter and Large Envelope services are not eligible for voids.

To void a label:

  1. On the Shipments menu, click Shipped. The Shipments page is displayed.

  2. Select one or more Shipments by checking the box(es) at far left.

  3. Click Void (top of screen). The Void completed message is displayed above the list.
