Normally, MyFedEx.com shows only the Shipments created in MyFedEx.com. However, FedEx.com includes a tool called Insight, which can be used to list the Shipments created in Descartes ShipRush Web as well as other systems.
Setting Up FedEx Insight
Log into FedEx.com.
Hover on Track, and then click Access FedEx Insight. You are taken to a separate area of FedEx.com.
Complete the wizard to access Insight.
Go to My Options.
Add the FedEx account as well as the Shipment information you want to monitor.
Enter the address exactly as it appears as the FROM address in Descartes ShipRush Web.
Note: If you need assistance with Insight, click the Customer Support link at the top of the Insight page to find the phone number for the FedEx Insight application.
7. You will receive an email once access is granted. You can then view all FedEx Shipments in this area, including the Shipments created and shipped by third parties. See the next section.
Working with FedEx Insight
Descartes ShipRush Web Shipments can be viewed on FedEx.com once this feature is enabled. To access and work with the FedEx Insight tool:
Log into FedEx.com.
Hover on Track > in the top menu bar. Select Monitor All My Shipments with FedEx Insight. You are taken to a separate area of FedEx.com.
Go through the access request process. This may take a few days to complete, because a FedEx account executive reviews the request.
You will receive an email once access is granted. You can then view all FedEx Shipments in this area, including Shipments created by Descartes ShipRush Web as well as by third parties.
