You can use the ShipRush Web Toolbox (or Toolbox) to enable:
Printing to thermal printers
Printing "hands free" to laser printers (reducing the number of mouse clicks)
Connecting your electronic scale
Note: Install the Toolbox on any ShipRush computer that uses an electronic scale or label printer. The label printer can be connected directly to the computer or accessed over the network.
System Requirements for ShipRush Web Toolbox
The ShipRush Web Toolbox requires one of the following operating systems:
Windows 10 or Windows 11
Windows Server 2019 or higher
Mac OSX 14 "Sonoma" or higher
Installing ShipRush Web Toolbox
Although installed locally, ShipRush Web Toolbox is a part of ShipRush Web.
To install this Toolbox on a Mac or Windows PC:
Display the Shipping Label page for a Carrier (Settings > Select a carrier > Printer: Shipping Label). The ShipRush Web Toolbox can also be set up from other Printer setup pages, such as Printer: International.
On the Printing Method dropdown, select ShipRush Cloud Print.
At the bottom of the page, click Windows (32-bit), Windows (64-bit) or Mac OSX to download the ShipRush Web Toolbox.
Once the download is complete, click Open. Follow the prompts until the Completed dialog is displayed.
Click Finish.
Refresh the web page containing the Shipping Label page. You have now successfully installed the ShipRush Desktop Toolbox.
Identifying the Version of ShipRush Web Toolbox
To identify the version of Toolbox installed on your computer:
Click the Toolbox icon (located in your system tray).
Then click Help/About.
The About page is displayed with the Build version number at the top of the page. Provide this Build version to customer support when requested.
Auto Restart of ShipRush Web Toolbox
The Toolbox includes an auto-restart feature that automatically restarts the application every day at the same time.
To enable and configure this feature:
Click the Toolbox icon (located in your computer's system tray) to display the Toolbox menu.
Click Show Settings to display the Settings dialog.
Select Restart daily at.
Enter the time you want the automatic restart to occur.
Click OK.
