The ShipRush Web Toolbox (or Toolbox) can be used to enable:
Printing to thermal printers
Printing "hands free" to laser printers (reducing the number of mouse clicks)
Connecting your electronic scale
The Toolbox should be set up on any ShipRush computer to which an electronic scale or a label printer is connected. The label printer may be connected directly to the machine or accessed over the network.
System Requirements for ShipRush Web Toolbox
The ShipRush Web Toolbox requires one of the following:
Windows Vista, v7, v8.x, v10, or v11
Windows Server 2008-R2 or higher

Mac OSX Lion (10.7) or higher (e.g., Lion, Mountain Lion, Mavericks, Yosemite)
Tiger and higher may work but are not supported by Descartes ShipRush support
Installing ShipRush Web Toolbox
ShipRush Web Toolbox is part of ShipRush Web, but it is installed locally.
The ShipRush Web Toolbox can be installed on a Mac or Windows PC. Do the following:
1. Display the Shipping Label page for a Carrier (Settings > Select a carrier > Printer: Shipping Label).
The Shiprush Web Toolbox can also be setup from other Printer setup pages, such as Printer: International.
2. On the Printing Method dropdown, select ShipRush Cloud Print.
3. At the bottom of the page, click Windows (32-bit), Windows (64-bit), or Mac/OSX to download the Descartes ShipRush Web Toolbox.
4. Once the download is complete, click Open. Follow the prompts until the Completed dialog is displayed.
5. Click Finish.
6. Refresh the web page containing the Shipping Label page. You have now successfully installed the Descartes ShipRush Desktop Toolbox.
Identifying the Version of ShipRush Web Toolbox
To identify the version of Toolbox installed on your computer:
1. Click the Toolbox icon (located in your system tray), and then click Help/About.
2. The About page is displayed. The Build version number is shown at the top of the page.
Auto Restart of ShipRush Web Toolbox
The Toolbox includes an auto-restart feature, which cycles ShipRush Web Toolbox automatically every day at the same time. To enable the Toolbox restart feature and set the restart time:
1. Click the Toolbox icon (located in your computer's system tray) to display the Toolbox menu.
2. Click Show Settings. The Settings dialog is displayed.
3. Select Restart daily at.
4. Enter the time for the restart to occur automatically each day.
5. Click OK.
