Running an Automation Rule Manually
To run Automation Rules manually:
If the main horizontal toolbar is not displayed at top of screen, click Back until it is displayed.
Select one or more Shipments/Orders by selecting their checkboxes.

Do one of the following:
On the Rules dropdown, select an Automation Rule to run it.
On the Rules dropdown, select Apply to all "Ready To Ship", and then select an Automation Rule. The Automation Rule is run against every Ready to Ship Order/Shipment.
If you created Favorite Automation Rules, click a Favorite in the graphic. For example:
Descartes ShipRush Web executes the selected Automation Rule against the selected Orders/Shipments. The results of running the Automation Rule are displayed above the Order/Shipment list. To display additional details about the results, click show details.
Warning: Before executing an Automation Rule against a large block of orders, make sure it has been tested and works as intended. Consider testing the rule on two or three "test" Shipments/Orders.
Example - Running an Automation Rule against a Filtered Shipments/Orders List
This is an example of running an Automation Rule against a filtered list of Shipments/Orders. You will: 1) Filter the list to include only U.S.A. domestic orders, 2) Select all of the Shipments/Orders in the filtered list, 4) Run an Automation Rule against those Shipments/Orders. Do the following:
As shown below, find the Ship to Country column.
Click the three vertical dots next to Ship to Country.
Hover over Filter.
Enter U.S.A.. Click Filter.
As shown below, select all of the results found by selecting the top checkbox.
On the Rules dropdown, click an Automation Rule to run it.
