Use your logo to create custom Branded Shipping Labels with ShipRush.
Note: Branded Shipping Labels are only available for thermal printers (not paper printers).
Setting Up a Branded Shipping Label
To set up a Branded Shipping Label:
In the left sidebar menu, click SETTINGS.
In the SETTINGS menu, select the first Carrier to display its submenu. In the submenu, click Printer: Shipping Label. You are currently editing the Shipping Label settings for ONE of your Carriers. You will repeat these steps for each Carrier listed in your SETTINGS menu. In this example, we clicked FedEx, then Printer: Shipping Label to edit the labels for FedEx. This does not change the label settings for ShipRush USPS or UPS®.
On the Printing Method dropdown, select ShipRush Cloud Print. On the Printer Name dropdown, select a printer.
On the Printer Type dropdown, select ZPL Thermal Printer. Branded shipping labels are only available for thermal printers (not paper printers).
Descartes ShipRush offers custom graphic options for different label dimensions. On the Label Stock dropdown, scroll to view the custom graphic label options. Select an option that indicates your needed label size with a custom graphic.
Click Upload Image. The recommended logo image size is 500px wide or smaller. Acceptable file types are: .jfif, .jpeg, .pjpeg, .jpg, .png, and .pjp.
Drag the logo file into the space provided; or click Choose File, select the file, and then click Open. The selected image is now displayed in the Image field.
Click Print Test Label. Confirm that the printout is formatted correctly.
Your Branded Label and its preferences are saved automatically, and will be applied to all the thermal labels you print for that Carrier.
Go back to the left sidebar menu, and then select the next Carrier on your list. Repeat the same steps to create a Branded Shipping Label for each Carrier you use within ShipRush.
