Amazon Buy Shipping UK Services

🟪 Expanded Amazon Buy Shipping support in the United Kingdom with additional Royal Mail and DPD services, giving you more delivery options when purchasing labels via Amazon's UK marketplace. See below for the services now available:

Resolved Issues

QuickBooks Desktop Tracking Number Writeback

🟩 We've resolved an issue where tracking numbers and shipping information were not consistently updating in QuickBooks Desktop invoices after shipping labels were created in Descartes ShipRush.

What was happening: In some cases, when you shipped an order from Descartes ShipRush that came from QuickBooks Desktop, the tracking number, carrier, and service information would not write back to your QuickBooks invoice. This occurred due to how the system identified and matched orders between QuickBooks Desktop and Descartes ShipRush.

What we fixed: We've improved the order identification system to ensure that each QuickBooks Desktop invoice is correctly matched with its corresponding shipment in Descartes ShipRush. The system now uses a more reliable method to identify unique orders, which prevents duplicate entries and ensures tracking information updates properly.

What this means for you:

  • Tracking numbers will now consistently appear in your QuickBooks Desktop invoices after you ship orders

  • Shipping carrier and service information will update correctly

  • You won't see duplicate invoices being imported from QuickBooks Desktop

  • Modified invoices in QuickBooks Desktop will sync properly with Descartes ShipRush

Action required: None. This improvement works automatically for all QuickBooks Desktop integrations. If you previously experienced issues with tracking number writeback, they should now be resolved.
