Highlights

Royal Mail migration to new version

To continue shipping with Royal Mail, all users must migrate to the new integration version before the end of September. Please visit the Royal Mail migration guide for a clear, step-by-step walkthrough of the process.
This migration is required because Royal Mail now uses a new, more secure connection, ensuring your shipments remain safe and reliable.

New Features and Enhancements

Improvements to adding an ACH bank account to your ShipRush account

🟪We have redesigned the process for adding an ACH bank account to make it clearer and more secure. When eligible, you’ll see the updated experience:

1. Go to the Settings page.

2. Select Billing - Payments from the menu.

3. Click Add Payment Method and choose ACH as your payment type.
   

4. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions for ACH registration and use.

5. Enter your bank account details in the new screen and click Next.
   

6. Once your ACH bank account is added, it may take up to 3 business days for the account to be operational and up to 5 business days for payments to appear, depending on your issuing bank.

DHL eCommerce improvements

🟪We’ve added an extra reference field to the DHL eCommerce integration, giving you more flexibility to include shipment-specific information directly on the label. The screenshot below shows exactly where you can enter and view this new reference field on the shipment form.

🟪We’ve updated the domestic and international service options for DHL eCommerce. Now, when you select DHL eCommerce and choose a domestic or international ship-to address, ShipRush will automatically filter and display only the relevant services for your shipment—making selection faster and easier. The new version includes the following service options:

• Domestic:

  • DHL SmartMail Parcels Expedited

  • DHL SmartMail Parcels Ground

  • DHL SmartMail Parcel Expedited Max

  • DHL SmartMail BPM Expedited

  • DHL SmartMail BPM Ground

• International from USA:

  • DHL Parcel International Direct

  • DHL Parcel International Standard

  • DHL Packet International

• International from Canada:

  • DHL Parcel International Priority

  • DHL Parcel International Standard

  • DHL Parcel International Direct Max
