Descartes ShipRush Web can be used with DHL Express to originate shipments from any country served by DHL and that ships to any country served by DHL.

Note: DHL Express is INTERNATIONAL ONLY. Domestic addresses will not work.

Setup Requirements

To set up DHL Express in Descartes ShipRush Web, you will need your DHL Account Number, Password, and Site ID. Contact your DHL representative for this information.

Setting Up DHL Express in Descartes ShipRush Web

To set up DHL Express in Descartes ShipRush Web:

1. Click SETTINGS, and then click Add Web Store (top of screen).

2. Click Add Carrier Account (top of screen).

3. In the Carrier Configuration dialog, on the Select a carrier dropdown, click DHL Express. Click Next.

4. Accept the User Agreement, and then click NEXT.

5. Go through the setup wizard until complete.

• Options:

  • Saturday Delivery, Saturday Pickup

  • Signature: No Signature Required, Delivery Signature Required, Adult Signature Required

  • Billing Options: Prepaid, Consignee, Third Party

  • Packaging: Letter, Package

• Paperless Processing (AKA Paperless Invoicing): This option is available in the International area of the Editing Shipment form (see graphic below).
