Setting Up Your Canada Post Account in ShipRush

To use Canada Post shipping services in ShipRush, you must connect your Canada Post account:

1. Go to Settings:

2. Navigate to settings and click "Add Carrier Account"

3. Add Canada Post Account:

4. Click "Add Carrier" and choose "Canada Post" from the list.

5. Enter Account Details:

   1. Provide your Canada Post Customer Number, Contract ID (if applicable), and API credentials.

   2. You may need your Canada Post username and password or API keys.

6. Save

If you do not have a Canada Post account, you can create one:

• Follow the same steps above through Step 4

• Click the option on the screen to "Sign up with Canada Post Account"

• Follow the prompts on the screens to create a Canada Post account

To setup a Canada Post account manually:

1. Visit the Canada Post Signup Page

2. Register for a business account to access shipping services and obtain your Customer Number.

3. Once registered, log in to your Canada Post account and locate your Customer Number and API credentials.

4. Return to ShipRush and follow the steps above to connect your new account.

Some advanced services (like contract rates) require a business account and contract ID. For questions about account setup, please contact Canada Post customer service.

How to Choose a Service

• Speed: For urgent shipments, choose Priority or Xpresspost services.

• Tracking: Most services offer tracking, but Small Packet services may not.

• Destination: Select the service that matches your destination (Domestic, USA, or International).

• Budget: Economical options include Regular Parcel, Expedited Parcel, and Small Packet services.
