• SwissPost Priority: Fast priority delivery within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein, with enhanced tracking and delivery confirmation.

• SwissPost Express Moon: Premium express delivery service for urgent shipments within Switzerland, offering same-day or next-day delivery.

• SwissPost Same Day: Same-day delivery service for extremely urgent shipments within Switzerland.

• SwissPost Direct Parcel: Direct parcel delivery service with specialized handling and tracking.

• SwissPost Vino Log: Specialized delivery service designed specifically for wine and alcohol shipments, with temperature-controlled handling.

• SwissPost Letter Registered Domestic: Registered mail service for important documents and letters within Switzerland, with proof of delivery.

International Services

• SwissPost Letter Registered International: Registered mail service for important documents and letters to international destinations, with proof of delivery and tracking.

Special Services & Requirements
- Origination: All SwissPost services in ShipRush require shipments to originate in Switzerland.
- Liechtenstein Coverage: SwissPost treats Liechtenstein (LI) as a domestic destination, so all domestic services are available for shipments to Liechtenstein.
- Specialized Handling: SwissPost Vino Log is specifically designed for wine and alcohol shipments, ensuring proper handling and temperature control during transit.
- Express Services: Express Moon and Same Day services offer the fastest delivery options with premium handling and priority routing.
- Registered Mail: Both domestic and international registered mail services provide enhanced security, proof of mailing, and delivery confirmation with recipient signature.
- Package Types: SwissPost supports both standard packages and letter/document shipments.
- Tracking: Most SwissPost services include comprehensive tracking throughout the delivery process.
- Home Delivery Options: SwissPost offers flexible delivery time windows including morning (09:00-12:00), afternoon (11:00-14:00 and 12:00-17:00), and evening slots (16:30-18:00, 17:30-19:00, 18:30-20:00, 19:30-21:00).

Setting Up Your SwissPost Account in ShipRush

To use SwissPost shipping services in ShipRush, you must connect your SwissPost account:

1. Go to Settings

2. Click "Add Carrier" and choose "SwissPost" from the list.

3. Enter Account Details:
   Provide your SwissPost customer number and API credentials.
   You may need your SwissPost username, password, and business portal access information.

4. After entering your details, click "Save"

If you do not have a SwissPost account, you can create one:

• Visit the SwissPost Business Portal

• Register for a business account to access SwissPost shipping services and obtain your customer number and API credentials.

• Once registered, log in to your SwissPost account and locate your customer number and API credentials.

• Return to ShipRush and follow the steps above to connect your new account.

Some services (like Express Moon, Same Day, or Vino Log) may require specific contract terms or minimum volume commitments. For questions about account setup, please contact SwissPost customer service.

How to Choose a Service

• Speed: For urgent shipments, choose Express Moon or Same Day services.

• Destination: All domestic services work for both Switzerland and Liechtenstein destinations.

• Security: Use Letter Registered services for important documents requiring proof of delivery.

• Specialty Items: Use Vino Log for wine and alcohol shipments requiring temperature-controlled handling.

• Budget: Economy service offers the most cost-effective option for standard deliveries.
