Setting up Ship with Walmart in ShipRush
Ship with Walmart is a shipping carrier available inside Descartes ShipRush. Setting it up is a two-part process: you first connect your Walmart web store, then you add Ship with Walmart as a carrier account.The Walmart web store connection is what authorizes ShipRush against Walmart. It collects the tokens used by both the web store (order import) and the Ship with Walmart carrier (label creation). You cannot add the Ship with Walmart carrier before the web store is connected.
Step 1 - Create your ShipRush account (new users only)
If you do not yet have a ShipRush account, launch ShipRush and complete the setup wizard. You can complete the webstore and carrier setup during the ShipRush sign-up or you can do it through settigns as described below. Both would result in a working Ship with Walmart connection.If you already have a ShipRush account, continue at Step 2.Create a ShipRush account: Customer Information
Step 2 - Open Settings
From the ShipRush shipments screen, select Settings at the bottom of the left navigation panel.
Step 3 - Start the web store wizard
At the top of the Settings screen you will find two buttons: Add Carrier Account and Add Web Store.Select Add Web Store.
Step 4 - Select Walmart
The Web Store Configuration screen shows tiles for the most common platforms. Walmart is not one of the tiles.Open the drop-down menu and select Walmart, then select NEXT.
Step 5 - Enter your Walmart web store informationOn the Walmart Web Store Information screen, two optional settings are available. If selected, you will have to go through the old ClientID and ClientSecret registration; Walmart does not support Oauth for these scenarios yet.
I am a DSV Seller - select this if you are a Drop Ship Vendor. Selecting it enables the Walmart Supplier Number (Vendor Id) field, which then becomes required.
I am using Canadian Walmart - select this if you have a Canadian Walmart webstore.
Click I AM READY, read the setup instructions and have your Walmart credentials to complete the Walmart Oauth. After this screen, ShipRush and Walmart exchange authorization so that ShipRush can act on your behalf. Follow the prompts through to the end.When you authorized Walmart you will be redirected to ShipRush and you can finish the setup.
Step 6 - Start the carrier wizard
Return to Settings and select Add Carrier Account.
Step 7 - Select Ship With Walmart
The Carrier Configuration screen shows tiles and a dropdown.Open the drop-down menu and select Ship With Walmart.Review the Total Shipping Protection options on this screen, then select NEXT.Note: The carrier entry is named Ship With Walmart. Do not confuse it with the Walmart web store entry you selected in Step 4.
Step 8 - Enter your shipper information
On the Ship With Walmart Shipper Information screen, complete your shipping address. All fields marked with an asterisk are required:

Phone
Email
Select NEXT.
Step 9 - Set your printer settings
Choose your label printer settings, then continue.
Step 10 - Confirm the setup
A confirmation screen appears: You Have Successfully Set-up Your Ship With Walmart Account.Choose one of:
CONFIGURE ANOTHER CARRIER - to add a further carrier account now.
GO BACK TO SETTINGS - to return to Settings.
Step 11 - Review your Ship With Walmart account settingsYour Ship With Walmart account now appears in the left navigation panel of Settings, under SHIP WITH WALMART, with the following sub-sections:
Printer: Shipping Label
Rate Shopping
Mark Up Rates
Account: Ship With Walmart - Shipment Defaults, Advanced, Email, Mark Up Rates
From the account screen you can set the account nickname, make it the global default or the default Ship With Walmart account, enable rate shopping, configure address validation, and set clipboard behaviour for tracking numbers.
You are ready to shipOnce your settings are correct, Ship With Walmart is available as a shipping account when you create shipments.
