Pressing Refresh in Descartes ShipRush Web retrieves all Zenventory orders up to approximately 10 minutes ago

Are past orders retrieved in a new Descartes ShipRush Web installation?

Yes, the most recent two days of orders are retrieved

Can Descartes ShipRush Web determine whether those "past" Orders have already been shipped?

Yes

Zenventory updated with shipment information?

Yes, the Tracking Number is posted

Optional Settings in Edit Web Store

These web store options are available for Zenventory:

  • Download Shipped Orders: If enabled, invoices/Orders that are already marked as shipped will be imported into Descartes ShipRush Web.

  • Service Mapping: If enabled, requested Services will be mapped to the actual shipping Services within Descartes ShipRush Web.

Warning: Due to a limitation within the Zenventory API, "Cancelled" statuses of Orders are not downloaded to Descartes ShipRush Web. Remember to manually update those Orders in Descartes ShipRush Web.
