Postage is auto purchased. When the account gets low on postage, the system auto-purchases more postage. Be sure to use the Pitney Bowes Merchant Portal to set the auto-purchase to cover at least one or two days of shipping.
Letter post is not available.

To open the Merchant Portal:
Go into Settings (in the Advanced tab under the Pitney Bowes account) and use the button to open the portal.
To close a Pitney Bowes account, which will refund your unused postage (after one to four weeks), please call Pitney Bowes Customer Service at (855) 393-8874.
