Pitney Bowes Service Notes

Please be aware of these conditions:

  • Postage is auto purchased. When the account gets low on postage, the system auto-purchases more postage. Be sure to use the Pitney Bowes Merchant Portal to set the auto-purchase to cover at least one or two days of shipping.

  • Letter post is not available.

  • For postage account customer service, please contact: PaymentsAPISupport@pb.com or call (855) 393-8874.

  • For account management, including how to report on, search and void labels, see Pitney Bowes Account Management .

    To open the Merchant Portal:

  1. Go into Settings (in the Advanced tab under the Pitney Bowes account) and use the button to open the portal.


  • To close a Pitney Bowes account, which will refund your unused postage (after one to four weeks), please call Pitney Bowes Customer Service at (855) 393-8874.
