Refund Process
These are the basics of the refund process:
Refunds must be requested within 30 days of mailing.
Customers should print a copy of the label from their Shipment history as a receipt for the request.
The refund form must be requested in person at the Post Office where the item was mailed (customers cannot call USPS Customer Service for a refund).
Customers should request PS Form 3533 (Refund for Postage) and return it to the Post Office.
