Last Release 2024 in ShipRush Production Environment

To ensure seamless shipping for you, our valued user, we want to inform you that starting Monday, November 25th, 2024, we will pause all production deployments.

New Help File Documentation + AI-Powered Search Engine
We are thrilled to announce the renewal of the ShipRush help file documentation's look and feel. This update enhances the visibility of our guides, helping you better utilize ShipRush's valuable functions. Additionally, we've introduced an AI-powered search engine to generate customized answers to your ShipRush-related questions.

This innovative tool allows you to ask any ShipRush-related question, and the AI-powered search engine will provide you with a customized answer tailored to your inquiry. One of the most helpful features of this search engine is its ability to generate step-by-step configuration plans. If you need guidance on setting up or configuring a specific feature, simply ask the search engine, and it will provide you with detailed, easy-to-follow instructions. This new tool is designed to enhance your experience with ShipRush documentation, making it easier than ever to find the information you need quickly and efficiently. UPS™ OAuth Migration (Action Required)
🟪 Enhancement: New UPS OAuth process - UPS introduced a new OAuth procedure for all UPS users. To continue shipping with UPS through ShipRush, you must change the settings in ShipRush to use the new OAuth procedure. DPD UK Direct Lite
🟪Enhancement: For international shipping with DPD UK, we have included the Direct Lite functionality. This service is easily accessible when you start shipping internationally from the United Kingdom (cross-border). If you already have DPD UK configured, you will see the Direct Lite service offered on your shipment form when the origin and destination countries indicate an international shipment.

DHL Parcel BeNeLux
🟪Enhancement: We have integrated DHL Parcel to enhance shipping capabilities for the BeNeLux region (Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg). This new integration with DHL Parcel BeNeLux offers the following features:
Domestic shipping
Intra-EU shipping
International shipping
Scheduled pick-up
Tracking visibility via the DHL Parcel tracking page, accessible through the tracking number in the shipment grid
Returns functionality (expected to be available at the beginning of next year)
